GROWN & HARVESTED
It starts with our 100% blue agave, grown on our very own farms in Guadalajara, Mexico. Once our plants reach peak ripeness, our farmers harvest and hand-prep each piña for roasting.

BAKED & FERMENTED
A short truck ride later, our piñas are slow roasted and shredded to extract the natural agave flavors we've all come to love. Our agave juice is then fermented for up three hours inside our stainless-steel barrels.

DISTILLED & BOTTLED
Our agave juice is twice distilled to ensure purest quality before the aging process begins. Each batch of our Añejo is patiently aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels for 12-36 months to ensure a smooth finish bold color, and rich caramel flavor in every sip.
